Procurement & Tender Opportunities

Halifax Water procurement and tender opportunities (Tenders, RFQs, and RFPs) can be accessed through the Nova Scotia Tender Notices.

Effective October 31, 2022, Halifax Water will be transitioning to the Bonfire e-bidding procurement web portal.

All vendors interested in participating in Halifax Water procurement opportunities are required to register with Bonfire by visiting https://halifaxwater.bonfirehub.com. Bonfire will provide vendors with the ability to upload their bid submissions within the portal and also provide notification of any upcoming procurement opportunities.
