Until 5:00 PM today, Halifax Water crews will be onsite undertaking a water lateral repair near 49 Woodlawn Road, Dartmouth. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Irvin Cross Place will be open to local traffic only. There will be a lane drop on Woodlawn Road near the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks within the work zone will be open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
