From 10:00 PM on August 7th until approximately 8:00 AM on Friday, August 8th, Halifax Water crews will complete a water valve repair near 2769 Windsor Street, Halifax. Impacted water service customers have been notified of this work in advance.
Traffic lights in this area will be turned off. There will be stop-and-go traffic within the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks in the work zone will be closed.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
