From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 30, Halifax Water crews will be working to repair a fire hydrant near 3203 Robie Street, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Robie Street between Stanley Street and Young Street during this work.
Robie Street will be narrowed in this area, with one lane in each direction maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. The sidewalk near this work will be closed.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
