Attention motorists and pedestrians, Halifax Water will be conducting maintenance on the wastewater (sewer) system on Waegwoltic Avenue, near civic address 6525/6527.
This work is scheduled to take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Monday, November 4th, 2019, weather permitting.
A section of Waegwoltic Avenue will be closed to traffic in both directions; a detour will be in place (see work zone map).
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
There will be no loss of water, stormwater, or wastewater service as a result of this work.
