From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 25, Halifax Water crews will be on-site working to replace a water valve in the intersection of Robie Street & Inglis Street, Halifax. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Inglis Street between Robie Street and Wellington Street during this time.
There will be stop-and-go traffic through this intersection. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
