Traffic Advisory – Queen Street

On Wed., July 14, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Halifax Water crews will be repairing a fire hydrant near 1211 Queen Street, Halifax. This work will not impact water service for customers in the area.

Crews expect to maintain two-way traffic during this repair with an altered centre line in place. The sidewalk near this hydrant will be closed.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
