Traffic Advisory – Oxford Street, Halifax

On Sunday, August 27, G&R Kelly, on behalf of Halifax Water, will be replacing a water lateral near 2024 Oxford Street, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. 

Oxford Street from Quinpool Road to Allan Street will be open to local traffic only. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks near this work will be closed. 

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
