Halifax Water is advising motorists that from midnight to 8:00 AM on Saturday, November 25, there will be rolling sections of stop-and-go traffic on Hammonds Plains Road between Innovation Drive and Bedford Highway, Bedford, for wastewater system maintenance.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
