Halifax Water and our contractor, Cumberland Paving, will be replacing a culvert that crosses Cole Harbour Road between Glazebrook Lane and Davies Lane. This critical in-street culvert is approaching the end of its service life and must be replaced.
On August 12-13, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, there will be stop-and-go traffic in this area while the contractor transports equipment and materials to the work area and begins preparations for this work.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
