Until approximately 4:00 PM today, there will be periodic lane reductions on Cobequid Road between Sackville Drive and Glendale Avenue, Lower Sackville, for water system inspections. Two-way traffic will be maintained during this work. Sidewalks will remain open.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
