Beginning at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, July 14, Halifax Water crews will be on-site working to replace a water service lateral near 7094 Chebucto Road, Halifax. This work is expected to be complete by 2:00 AM on Thursday, July 15.
There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. The sidewalk near this work is closed.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
