Beginning at 10:00 PM on Saturday, August 21, and continuing until noon on Sunday, August 22, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking wastewater system maintenance in the following areas:
- From 225 Chain Lake Drive to the intersection of Chain Lake Drive and Susie Lake Crescent
- On Susie Lake Crescent between Chain Lake Drive and Hobson Lake Drive
- On Hobson Lake Drive between Susie Lake Crescent and 224 Hobson Lake Drive
There will be rolling lane drops in these areas as the work progresses. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
