Halifax Water offices will be closed to the public on Monday, October 14, for Thanksgiving Day. Regular hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
We remain committed to serving our customers and will operate with a smaller core of critical staff.
Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
