Attention motorists, cyclists and pedestrians, Halifax Water crews will be undertaking a sewer lateral repair tomorrow (Saturday, December 7th) near 88 Tangmere Crescent.
Tangmere Crescent will be closed to all but local traffic from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday, December 7th. Pedestrian and cyclist access will be maintained. There will be no loss of water, wastewater or stormwater services to residents, other than the affected property.
Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to ensure smooth traffic flow around the work zone. On-site personnel will also maintain communication with local residents and businesses to help minimize disruption. Motorists are asked to use alternate routes and expect delays. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
