On Monday, February 19, Halifax Water offices will be closed to the public for Heritage Day. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, February 20 at 8:30 AM.
We want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them and will be operating with a smaller group of core critical staff.
Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
