Halifax Water crews are on-site working to repair a water main near 888 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville. Water service will be temporarily shut down on Sackville Drive between Beaver Bank Road and Connolly Road. No estimate of service restoration.
There is stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
