During the 2023 Labour Day long weekend, Halifax Water offices will be closed to the public from 4:00 PM on September 1 to 8:30 AM on September 5. Regular hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
We remain committed to serving our customers and will operate with a smaller core of critical staff.
Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
