Dexter Construction, on behalf of Halifax Water, will be replacing a culvert near 14 Kipawa Crescent. Work is now expected to continue until October 9, weather depending. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with evenings and weekends as required. Kipawa Crescent will be closed to all traffic in the work area. Access to all properties on Kipawa Crescent will be maintained.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
