From 10:00 PM on tonight, August 25 to 6:00 AM on Tuesday, August 26, Sackville Trenching, on behalf of Halifax Water will complete water system upgrades near Highfield Park Drive, Dartmouth.
Halifax Water services will be impacted. The area highlighted on the map will either have no water or low water pressure during this repair. Impacted water service customers have received notices in advance.
Beginning at 9:00 PM, there will be stop-and-go traffic at the intersection of Highfield Park Drive and True North Crescent. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows.
Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. To learn more about discoloured water and to report it, please visit www.halifaxwater.ca/discoloured-water.
