From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Thursday, July 17 Halifax Water crews will complete an emergency water main repair near 665 Herring Cove Road, Halifax.
Water services will be impacted by this repair. The area highlighted on the map will either have no water or low water pressure during this repair.
Beginning at 6:00 PM, there will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will not be impacted.
Please note: During this emergency repair, contractors for a new development will also complete a new water service connection. By completing this work at the same time, it can avoid a future water service interruption in the area.
