Halifax Water crews are on-site working to repair a water main on Harris Road near its intersection with Penhorn Drive, Dartmouth. Water service will be temporarily shut down in this area. No estimate of service restoration.
Harris Road is open to local traffic only between Jean Avenue and Penhorn Drive. Sidewalks remain open. Experienced traffic control personnel are on-site.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
