Halifax Water offices will be closing at 1:30 PM on Monday, February 23, in anticipation of the forecasted weather event.
A status update will be provided by 8:30 AM on Tuesday, February 24.
We remain committed to serving our customers and will operate with a smaller core of critical staff.
Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
