From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily on October 20th to 22nd, Halifax Water crews will be performing wastewater system maintenance at two locations in downtown Halifax.
Work will begin near the intersection of Morris Street and Dresden Row and will then move to 1259 South Park Street.
There will be stop-and-go traffic in both these areas. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
