Dawson Street – Water Valve Replacement

Until approximately 5:00 PM today, Halifax Water crews will be on-site performing a water valve replacement near 22 Dawson Street, Dartmouth. Impacted water service customers were notified in advance of this work.  

There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
