As part of ongoing water and wastewater (sewer) system upgrades on Oxford Street and Coburg Road, Dexter Construction, on behalf of Halifax Water will require a one day closure of the trail between Connrose Avenue and Coburg Road tomorrow (Thursday, May 30th).
The trail will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists tomorrow 7am-6pm to allow for the safe removal construction barriers currently in place on the trail (see attached work zone map).
Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to ensure smooth traffic flow around the work zone. On-site personnel will maintain communication with local residents and businesses to help minimize disruption.
