During the 2023 Canada Day long weekend, Halifax Water offices will be closed to the public from 4:00 PM on June 30 to 8:30 AM on July 4.
Regular hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
We want to assure our customers that we remain committed to serving them and will operate with a smaller group of core critical staff.
Halifax Water will continue to respond to and address any urgent water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure matters. Our Customer Care Centre Emergency Line remains open 24/7 at 902-420-9287.
