Today, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Halifax Water crews will be on-site working to repair a manhole on Barrington Street near its intersection with Artz Street, Halifax.
Barrington Street will be reduced to a single inbound lane in this area. Both outbound lanes will remain open. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open.
This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
