Lake Major & Pockwock Lake Remain Under Voluntary Water Conservation Measures

Help Protect Our Water Supply: Continue Voluntary Conservation Efforts
Published:

Halifax Water is reminding customers that voluntary water conservation measures remain in place for the Lake Major and Pockwock water supply systems.

While water levels are slowly recovering, our teams continue to closely monitor overall supply conditions. Precipitation over the coming winter months will be critical to fully recharging lakes across the region. Until then, we are asking all customers and residents to continue following voluntary water conservation measures until further notice.
