Halifax Mainland Walking Trail - Water Main Repair

Attention cyclists and pedestrians, Halifax Water crews have completed repairs to the water main in the Halifax Mainland Common Walking Trail. The Halifax Mainland Common Walking Trail is open.

As a result of the water main repair, some customers in the mainland south area of Halifax, Bayers Lake and Beechville, Lakeside, Timberlea may experience temporarily discoloured due to the process of refilling of water main.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.

 


 

Attention cyclists and pedestrians, Halifax Water crews are on-site repairing a water main on the Halifax Mainland Common Walking Trail. This work has closed the Halifax Mainland Common Walking Trail between Westridge Drive and Lacewood Drive until mid/late evening.

As a result of the water main repair on the walking trail, some customers on peninsular Halifax & in the Clayton Park/Fairview area may be experiencing temporarily discoloured due to the redirection of water flows needed to maintain water service to customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
