From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 11, Halifax Water crews will be on-site replacing water valves near the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Frederick Street, Dartmouth. Impacted water service customers have been notified in advance of this work.
There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
