From 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 17, 2026, WSP on behalf of Halifax Water will be completing geotechnical investigation work on Robie Street, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be a lane reduction on Robie Street between Almon Street and May Street. Two-way traffic will be maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
