Traffic Advisory – Hammonds Plains Road
From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 18, crews will be performing stormwater system maintenance near 1757 Hammonds Plains Road, Hammonds Plains. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

Halifax Water crews are on-site replacing a hydrant near 122 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be a lane reduction in the work zone with two-way traffic maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes.

From 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 17, crews will be completing wastewater system maintenance near the intersection of Agricola Street and Sebastian Street, Halifax. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.
There will be lane reductions in the work zone with two-way traffic maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

Traffic Advisory – King Fisher Way
Starting Monday, February 12, Dexter Construction, on behalf of Halifax Water, will be performing wastewater infrastructure upgrades near King Fisher Way, Lower Sackville. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area. This work will continue until May 14.
King Fisher Way near the intersection of Metropolitan Avenue will have brief periods of traffic disruption throughout the duration of the project. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows.
