To ensure the protection of our frontline workers and our customers, please follow public health guidelines. If Halifax Water staff need to enter your home or business, the staff member will be wearing protective equipment and will have Halifax Water identification. This equipment will be worn for all in-home work and is not an indication of the presence of COVID-19 on any property.
For the safety of customers and Halifax Water staff, customers should wear a disposable mask and try to maintain six-foot physical distance.
If you encounter Halifax Water field crews at work, please be respectful of physical distancing guidelines and do not approach them.
