Bedford Highway – Lane Drop - Stormwater Work

Halifax Water crews are on-site completing stormwater system repair work on Bedford Highway at its intersection with Bayview Road. This work is expected to continue until approximately 5:00 AM, Tuesday, Oct. 27.

Bedford Highway will be reduced to a single inbound lane around this work zone; both outbound lanes will remain open. Sidewalk access will be maintained.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
